First Generation

3. Jane SCOTHERN , daughter of William SCOTHERN and Lucretia Knott RUDGARD, was born on 24 March 1838 in Wool Alley, Wool Pack Lane, Nottingham. She married William BARKER on 24 December 1864 in St Paul's Church, Nottingham.
William BARKER was born in 1838 in Wilson, Leicestershire.
4. William D SCOTHERN , son of William SCOTHERN and Lucretia Knott RUDGARD, was born in 1841 in Boston, Lincolnshire. He was a Fruiterer. In 1861 he was a Box Maker. 16. John George SCOTHERN , son of William J SCOTHERN and Annie [SCOTHERN], was born in 1895. He was a Private, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry). He died on 2 November 1918 in WW1.
17. Ivy SCOTHERN , daughter of William J SCOTHERN and Annie [SCOTHERN], was born on 3 April 1898 in Kirkby In Ashfield, Notts. 1 She appeared in the census in 1901 in Kirkby In Ashfield. She died in February 1986 in Nottingham. 2
